We recommend booking your event at least 3 months in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred date and venue. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines based on availability.

Yes, while we are based in Marbella, we also manage events across Spain. Our team is experienced in handling the logistics of destination events ensuring everything runs smoothly no matter the location.

Yes, we provide full on-the-day coordination services to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Our team is on-site to manage every detail and handle any last-minute changes.

Yes, we offer full clean-up services as part of our event packages. Our team ensures that the venue is returned to its original condition after your event.

For larger events, we provide professional security and crowd control services. We also ensure that all venues comply with local safety regulations and health standards.

We require a deposit to secure the event date, with the remaining balance due 15 days before the event. We will provide you with a detailed payment plan upon booking.

We don’t directly provide insurance, but we recommend that clients obtain event insurance for larger or more complex events. This will cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations or damage.

We understand that things change. Please refer to our cancellation policy which allows for a refund if canceled with sufficient notice. Rescheduling is possible, depending on our availability.
